  1. Open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it OfferPro and paste the connector URL.
  3. Click Connect, sign in to OfferPro and approve access.
ChatGPT
  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
  2. Choose Create, name it OfferPro, paste the connector URL and pick OAuth authentication.
  3. Sign in to OfferPro and approve access.
Muse
  1. In Muse, add a new connector.
  2. Paste the connector URL.
  3. When Muse asks for a Client ID, paste the one below.
  4. Sign in to OfferPro and approve access.

What your assistant can do

Five read-only actions. Your assistant can't change, send, accept or delete anything.

list_listings

Your listings with offer counts, highest offer and deadlines.

Try: "Which of my listings have new offers this week?"

get_listing

One listing's details, deadlines, commission and seller cost inputs.

Try: "When is the offer deadline on 123 Elm St?"

Every current offer on a listing with its terms, sorted by the seller's estimated net proceeds.

Try: "Summarize the offers on 123 Elm St."

get_offer

One offer in full, including the seller net sheet and OfferPro's analysis.

Try: "Walk me through the Garcia offer's net sheet."

get_offer_comparison

OfferPro's saved comparison: top offer, concerns and negotiation points.

Try: "What should I counter on to strengthen the top offer?"

What's shared

Only listings where you are the listing or co-listing agent. Your assistant sees listing details (including the listing description and timeline notes), offer terms (including buyer names and the buyer agent's name and brokerage), seller net sheets, and OfferPro's analysis. It never sees contract PDFs or their text, emails, internal or agent notes, or buyer agents' contact details. Details are in our privacy policy.

Disconnecting

Remove the OfferPro connector in your assistant's settings. To revoke from our side too, email ram@offerpro.ai.

Technical details

Remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP at https://offerpro.ai/mcp. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256); Clerk is the authorization server. Discovery: /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. Claude and ChatGPT register via Dynamic Client Registration / Client ID Metadata Documents; Muse uses a pre-registered public client.
